CCNDR’s work is led by a small, dedicated Core Team and supported by an Advisory Council made up of nonprofit leaders, practitioners, and sector experts from across Canada.

The Core Team provides leadership, coordination, and strategic direction across our national work. Our Advisory Council offers sector-informed guidance and insight, ensuring our approach remains grounded in lived nonprofit experience and responsive to emerging challenges.

We partner with funders and sector organizations to ensure our work is aligned, coordinated, and accessible to nonprofits and grassroots organizations across the country.

Together, this structure allows CCNDR to stay focused, collaborative, and closely connected to the realities nonprofits face every day.

Core Team

Advisory Council

The Core Team is responsible for leading and stewarding CCNDR’s national initiatives, partnerships, and programs.

We work in close collaboration with nonprofits, consultants, fellows, and sector partners to coordinate efforts, reduce fragmentation, and advance practical solutions that strengthen digital confidence and resilience across the sector.
